‘DREAM IT’ project consultation meeting

‘DREAM IT’ or so called ‘Mega Mongolia’ project consultation meeting with project proponents were conducted during 17-25 September 2008. The main objective of these consultation meetings were to finalize the project proposals submitted to ‘DREAM IT’. At present 6 projects were considered finalized while 3 more are in the state of development for future approval. Participants to these meetings were 5 representatives from IDRC, project board and local stakeholders.

“Holistic Country programming Mongolia” project

ITCS company has signed “Holistic Country programming Mongolia” project implementation contract with International Development Research Center of Canada (IDRC). By this project pre-planning stage activities are carried out for so called “Mega Mongolia” project that will mainly focus on using ICTs for Development in Mongolia. Dornogobi Medical College goes wireless

June 30th, 2008

ITCS Co.,Ltd has successfully installed wireless outdoors devices in rural medical college. Sainshand Medical College students who are in building #2 are now able to take full benefits of these devices for internet surfing. The college and aimag hospital administrations are now discussing to extend this wireless network to aimag hospital.
