The objective of the assignment is to develop a web-based online enabled open science platform which will provide open access to data and information on research projects and outputs, researchers, and research tools in consultation with the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Sports (MECSS) and the Science and Technology Foundation (STF) of Mongolia, as well as universities, research institutes, the Academy of Science, and other relevant stakeholders. Expected users of the platform include policy makers and administrators at MECSS and STF, students, teachers, researchers, and staff at universities, research institutes, and the Academy of Science.

Open science portal: Database of research articles, Plagiarism detection tool, Online meeting module, Conference management system, Search module and  more were developed. https://openscience.edu.mn
